Life with yougurt bites
organic milk
a very small amount of cottage cheese
3/4 oz cheese
3 chicken soft tacos with sour cream and cheese
baked tostitos and taco dip

Today's food:
bacon egg and cheese biscuit
diet dr pepper
vanilla cream egg
about a third of a packet of 100 cal Ritz mix
South beach lunch kit
100 calorie cheezits
100 calorie fudge cookies

probably cheddar-veggie omelets for dinner, unless Megan is making something. Joined Gold's Gym over the weekend for the week free trial. Totally out of shape, but managed to burn about 300 calories yesterday and Sunday. Taking the day off today because I am dead tired. Back to it tomorrow. Very thirsty right now but left my water bottle in the car. Sux.
