Yesterday:
2 mugs cafe au lait
1 bowl of: 8oz strawberry slices; 1 banana (sliced); 1 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
1 8-inch meatball sub with cheese
8 oz. potato salad
1 litre water
2 fudgy peanut buttery things
1 cup fried rice/chow mein, 1/4 pint peppered beef, 2 egg rolls
3 pops >_<
1 glass water

Two days ago:
3/4 cup oatmeal w/ 1 Tbls. brown sugar, handful cranberries, 1/4 cup cream
1 mug cafe au lait
8 oz. orange juice
1 bowl Mexican black bean soup
10 filo spinach triangles
1.5 cups brown rice
1 cup chicken curry w/ mixed veggies
3 glasses water
2 glasses red wine
